The first day: reaching Ho Chi Minh City (with dinner).

When you hit this city, you are welcomed and picked up to your hotel. We are going to drop in on Binh Tay Market and Thieu Hau Pagoda in the crowded Chinatown after enjoy lunch. Next, we come to a well-known lacquer fatory and then relish a meal with stunning dishes of this city in the evening. We will arrange the international flight. We stay the night in this city.

The second day: from Ho Chi Minh City to Tay Ninh then to Cu Chi and come back (with breakfast and lunch).

It is a day of exploring Cao Dai Temple and Cu Chi Tunnel. Passing the southern rural area in the morning, we head to the howntown of Caodaism – Tay Ninh Province. At noon, we have a meal and then we travel Cu Chi Tunnels which are strikingly amazing subterranean systems created by soldiers and natives. Coming to this spot, we can learn more about this country in warfare. After that, we return to Sai Gon and take a rest.

The third day: from Saigon to Mekong Plain and to Can Tho (with breakfast and lunch)

In this day, we pay a visit to Mekong Canals in cruise and Xeo Quyt. We leave Saigon in the morning and travel to My Hiep to join a cruise within 3 hours. We pass through mangrove forest where Viet Cong sheltered in the wartime. It is a fort named Xeo Quyt. Next, we will move to Vinh Long and Can Tho by bus and stay the night there.

The fourth day: from Can Tho to Mekong Plain and back to Saigon (with breakfast)

There are 3 spots to explore in this day: Bonsai garden, Cai Rang market and Vinh Long market.
We are going to join a cruise to call on crowded floating market named Cai Rang in the forenoon time. This market is considered as the largest one worldwide. At noon, we relish a meal in Can Tho City and return to Saigon. We will have a break in Vinh Long market. After that, we come to My Tho to pay a visit to Bonsai garden. We come back to Saigon and stay the night here.

The fifth day: take the flight to Phnom Penh from Saigon (with breakfast).

Destinations: Silver pagoda, Russian market, Royal Palace, Wat Phnom and National Museum.
You will have a free time in the morning and then travel to the airport to take the one-hour fight to the capital city. We will reach Pochentong International Airport in the afternoon. Next, we move to the hotel to do check-in procedure. Then we explore this city by dropping in on Silver Pagoda, National Museum and Royal Palace. The following destinations are Wat Phnom that is the most ancient memorial of Phnom Penh and also the inspiration for capital’s name, Russian Market and the Central. We stay the night in this city.

The sixth day: explore the capital and Siem Reap (with breakfast)

Spots: Angkor Thom, Baphuan, Tonle Sap Lake, Phnom Bakeng and Bayon Temple.
In the morning, we enjoy the breakfast and then take the Express Speed Boat toward Siem Reap passing Tonle Sap Lake. On the way there, we are welcomed and take to Siem Reap. Before relishing lunch here, we check in the hotel. We are going to Angkor Thom antique city. We have a chance to admire the Baphuan, Leper King Terrace, Bayon Temple and Elephant Terrace. Then we contemplate the sun going down from Phnom Bakheng over Angkor Wat. We will be served the dinner and watch the Khmer traditional dance at the restaurant. We stay the night in Siem Reap.

The seventh day: experience Siem Reap and Angkor Temple (with breakfast).

In this day, we will travel to Angkor Wat, Chau Say temples, Ta Prohm temple, Sras Srang Lake and Ta Keo Temple.
In the morning, we relish a meal before calling on Ta Keo temple, Sras Srang, Chau Say temples and Ta Prohm temple. At noon, we enjoy some dishes and then head to magnificent Angkor Wat. It was constructed in the 12th century in the Suryavarman II dominance between 1113 and 1152 as the offering for God Vishnu of Hinduism. We stay the night in this town.

The eighth day: from Siem Reap to Banteay Srei and come back (with breakfast)

There are 2 stunning spots to explore in this day including Kbal Spean and Srei Temple. We are going to reach Banteay Temple after having breakfast. This site which is also known as Women’s Citadel is 25 kilometers far from Siem Reap. Made from Nava Stone, it shows the most elegant rock sculptures in all over the world. Nearby this temple, we have a picnic lunch before heading to Kbal Spean which is considered as thousand Lingas’ river and the God Silva’s phallic icon. Coming close to this spot, we spend 1 hour passing the forest on foot. We come back to Siem Reap to rest at night.

The last day: leaving (with breakfast)

In the morning, we have a breakfast and then travel to the airport where we take the fight back home or keep this trip. We will arrange the flight before hand. End of Vietnam Cambodia 9 Day Tour.
